1. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy:
   1.    9. Users (or "User", when individually considered): all natural persons who use the services of the single Login Gov.br.
   10. shared use of data: communication, dissemination, international transfer, interconnection of personal data or shared processing of personal databases by public bodies and entities in the fulfilment of their legal powers, or between these and private entities, reciprocally, with specific authorisation, for one or more treatment modalities permitted by such public entities, or between private ones.
2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

   5. Law 13,853/2019, of July 8, 2019, amending Law 13,709, of August 14, 2018, to provide on the protection of personal data and to create the National Data Protection Authority; and gives other provisions.
   6. Complementary Standard 20/IN01/DSIC/GSI/PR of 15 December 2014, which establishes the guidelines for information security and communications for the institution of the information processing process in federal public administration bodies and entities.

3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE:The Single Login Gov.br aims to establish a relationship of trust between users and public services or integrated systems in order to protect and validate your personal information and simplify access to public services through a single password. In this way, the registration made in the single Login can be used in any public service that is linked to it.
   1. The User may have access to Login Único Fiocruz through the registration previously performed by the unit’s Work Management Service.
   2. The Fiocruz Single Login service will be the premise for the use of some services of the Institution, provided that the service you are looking for is linked to it.
   3. This privacy policy has coverage and effect on the following types of users who have access accounts on the Authentication Platform:
      1. citizens and natural persons;
      2. Public servants;
      3. legal persons;
      4. aliens in possession of identification documents;
4. RELATIONSHIP WITH THIRD PARTIES
   1. The Public Administration, in the case of Login Único Fiocruz, does not commercialize in any hypothesis, data or information of users with third parties, respecting the limits and guidelines of Law 13.709.
   2. Other public services of Fiocruz can share the information of the single login to authenticate the user in the respective service.
5. PRIVACY POLICY:
   1. USER INFORMATION
      1. The Platform may alternatively store, record or read, in any digital format, information or data within or outside the limits of users' workstations, provided that the limits and guidelines of Law 13,709 are respected.
      2. The provision of user information regarding personal data and audit records is restricted to the government, without the need for express authorization from the owner, provided that the principles and guidelines of Law Nº 13.709/18 are respected.
      3. To meet the purpose described in item 3, the user must be registered in SGA-RH.
      4. As long as authorized by the user, when logging in, cookies can be used. Cookies can store your CPF, email, and User Login to maintain user authentication during the browser session.
      5. As for the platform, Fiocruz may collect information, such as hardware model, operating system (including configuration, browsers) and device identifiers (location, among others). Such information aims to achieve continuous improvement of the processes and services provided.
      6. Fiocruz may, at any time, provide data or information related to users of the Authentication Platform to other digital public services whose purpose is the effective provision of public service by sharing data or information or meet judicial or police demands or by request of the Ministério Público, according to the Personal Data Protection Act, Nº 13.709, DE 14 AGOSTO DE 2018.
      7. Transparency will be provided under the Access to Information Act - Law 12,527 of 18 November 2011 and Decree 7,724 of 16 May 2012.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. USER
      1. The User is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data reported in the register and acknowledges that their inconsistency may imply the impossibility of using services of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation.
      2. The login and password can only be used by the registered user. This must maintain the secrecy of the password, which is personal and non-transferable, not being possible, in any case, the allegation of misuse, after the act of sharing.
      3. The user of the Platform is responsible for updating their personal information and consequences on omission or errors in the personal information entered.
      4. The User is responsible for the repair of any and all damages, direct or indirect (including from violation of any rights of other users, third parties, including intellectual property rights, secrecy and personality)that are caused to the Federal Public Administration (APF), to any other User, or to any third party, including because of failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or any act committed from their access to the Internet, to the site and/or App.
      5. The Authority cannot be held responsible for the following facts:
         1. equipment infected or invaded by attackers;
         2. equipment damaged at the time of service consumption;
         3. Protection of the computer;
         4. Protection of information based on users' computers;
         5. Abuse of users' computers;
         6. Clandestine monitoring of users' computer;
         7. Vulnerabilities or instabilities existing in users' systems;
         8. Insecure perimeter
   2. FEDERAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
      1. Fiocruz, in the role of custodian of the personal information of the Users, must comply with all the laws inherent to the correct use of the personal data of the citizen in order to preserve the privacy of the data used in the platform.
      2. Publish and inform the User of future changes to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy through the website https://acesso.fiocruz.br/According to the principle of advertising established in Article 37 of the Federal Constitution.
      3. Under no circumstances will the Federal Public Administration be responsible for installing malicious code (viruses, trojans, malware, worm, bot, backdoor, spyware, rootkit, or any other malicious code that may be created on the User’s equipment)as a result of the User browsing the Internet.
   3. PUBLIC AGENT
      1. >It is the responsibility of the authorized Public Agent to issue and validate the User’s personal data and verify the authenticity and veracity of the information provided, when there is face-to-face service.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERM
   1. Amendments to the Single Login Terms of Use will be made, in accordance with current legislation governing National Civil Identification, through Law 13,444 of May 11, 2017.
   2. Any amendment and/or update of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall be effective from the date of its publication on the website and shall be fully observed by Users.
   3. Changes to this term will be published and informed to the User through the site https://acesso.fiocruz.br/.
8. COMMUNICATION
   1. Whenever desired, the user can contact the team of the single authentication platform, through the site https://acesso.fiocruz.br/ to answer any questions about this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
9. PROHIBITIONS
   1. Fiocruz through the Authentication Platform, under no circumstances, will perform the following actions:
      1. Sending emails or calls (links) with websites, requesting personal information of users;
      2. sending advertisements for commercial products or services of any kind;
      3. display of advertising notices or communications via digital services for any purpose;
10. FORUM
    1. Any disputes or controversies arising from any acts committed in connection with the use of the sites and/or applications by users, including in relation to the breach of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or for the violation of the rights of the Federal Public Administration, other Users and/or third parties, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality and personality, will be processed in the District of Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
    2. Omitted cases may be dealt with in an administrative instance through the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation Ombudsman’s Office.
11. CHANGES TO AND UPDATE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
    1. This policy has indefinite validity and may be amended in its terms, at any time, and the version of this term of use will be linked in the act of acceptance of the user.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERM AND CONDITIONS OF USE
    1. The User declares to have read, understood all the rules, conditions and obligations set forth in this term.
    2. The User is aware of and agrees to the collection, storage, processing, processing and use of Information submitted and/or transmitted by Single Login Gov.br under the terms set forth in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
